Here is exactly how an order works. You choose a product, upload your photo, and add any personalization such as a name, date, or caption. Our team reviews the file for print quality and prepares a digital proof, which we email to you before production starts. Once you approve, we hand-print or hand-assemble the piece in our San Leandro studio. Standard production runs 3 to 5 business days. If you need it faster, our rush production add-on brings that down to 1 to 2 days. After production, your order ships to any address in the United States. We handle everything in-house, which means no third-party print farm, no overseas fulfillment center, and no guessing about quality.
