The process is straightforward. You upload a photo or scan of your child's drawing when you place your order. Our team reviews the file for clarity and color. Before we print anything, we email you a digital proof so you can see exactly how the finished light will look. Once you approve, we UV print the artwork directly onto clear acrylic. Our standard production window is 3 to 5 business days in our studio. That is hands-on time for our team to print, inspect, and package your order carefully. Once it leaves our San Leandro studio, it ships anywhere in the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If your timeline is tight, Rush Production is available as an add-on and brings your production window down to 1 to 2 days. We recommend ordering with enough lead time to use standard production when you can. It gives our team the room to get every detail right without rushing the process.
