QUICK ANSWERS.

How clear does the photo need to be?

A phone photo in daylight is plenty. Lay the drawing flat, shoot from above, and we handle the rest. Our artist cleans up shadows, color cast, and paper creases before printing.

What if my child drew it in pencil or light marker?

We can darken the lines and boost the contrast so it reads clearly on the glowing acrylic. You will see the result on the digital proof before we print.

Can I do more than one drawing on a plaque?

One drawing per plaque keeps the artwork the hero. For two kids, two plaques is the move. They look good side by side on the same shelf.

Warm LED or RGB, which should I pick?

Warm LED is steady amber, the cozy nightlight feel. RGB cycles through colors and can be set to one. Most parents pick warm for a nursery, RGB for older kids who want to pick the color.

Will the print fade?

We use UV cured ink on 5mm clear acrylic. It resists fading from sunlight and daily handling for years. Wipe with a soft dry cloth, no chemicals.

How long until it arrives?

Production runs 3 to 5 business days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping time depends on distance from our San Leandro, California workshop. US only.
